Not on the front page yet. Just thought I would let you all know. My iPhone 7+ has had a terrible lag since day one. Hopefully this fixes that issue.

I've had lag since I got this phone on day one running 10.0.2. I experience it when opening and closing apps and opening the app switcher. My wife's 7 is running great.

I have zero lag. Would love to see a video of the lag.

OK my question is, if I download this public beta software on my 7+, whenever the actual software releases on whatever date, do I get an alert stating that I can put the original software over the beta software? Does it work similar to a app that you're testing via beta? Basically, what would I be giving up testing this software ahead of time? Are there any issues that I need to be aware of?

No issues, when the final version is released, you just update your phone like you normally do.

Once the public release is available, you can got to settings->general->software update and download and install the update. That is assuming the final beta (whatever beta number it is) is not the actual public release. For example, the final beta of 9.2 was the public release, so those that had the beta installed could not install the public release because it was the same.

The only issues you need to be aware of is that its a beta, so its not 100% stable. You may have issues. For example, I had terrible battery drain with 10.1 B3. Others have great battery life. Its all random.

You'd get the update as anyone else who is or isn't on the beta program. It's just that whenever there are only beta updates (not final ones) you'd be getting those updates as well, while those who are not on the program won't be.

You aren't really giving anything up specifically aside form basically the knowledge that you are going to be using beta software which might have higher potential for issues (and those issues might be bigger or smaller).

No one has mentioned that if after final you do not want future betas, you will need to remove the profile. That will keep you on the release channel only.
