Hey,

Anyone else having this problem? I installed 10.10.2 through the App Store update and also tried through the apple website as an individual installer. Every time I do this the computer won't boot up and gives me the "cancel/prohibit" sign. Only way to fix it is to restore from time machine backup to 10.10.1.

I have a MacBook Pro 2009 13" with added SSD/HD combo. Yosemite is on the SSD.

Thanks.

With TrimEnabler I will ALWAYS disable TRIM before doing an OS update. That said, my Mini installed the 10.10.2 update automatically with TRIM still enabled and I had no negative repercussions. I disabled TRIM before doing the update on my MBP but I also care more about that install than the Mini.
