I upgraded to 10.4 and noticed little delays between clicking on an email and the highlight coming with another little delay before the email opened. Odd!

10.5 upgrade is noticeably slower at doing the same thing and now little delays seem to be appearing in other apps. Odd?

Also with 10.5 the back button in Safari has decided not to work and I must re-enter the URL of previous page to get back to it; as a work round Odd Odder?

Any thoughts - also how do I let Apple know? (If you think it necessary)

Regards

I´m not sure if its related but I noticed a clear Finder slow down in 10.10.4. Everything takes longer than 10.10.3 (opening folders, copying to external hard drives, sorting folders etc...) Problem remains in 10.10.5 and Techtool Pro did´t find any problems with drives. I installed clean 10.10.5 to external USB3 hard drive using Internet Recovery and problem manifest there as well.

I suspect Apple broke something in 10.10.4 that slows Finder down. I reported problem using Apple Feedback.

You might want to check your drives with Disk utility, Techtool Pro or Drive Genious?

Looks and sounds familiar. I will wait and see with the final update.

Thanks for your response.
