10.10.4 Mail issue

Since updating when in Mail I can scroll up and down in the list of emails but when I move the mouse into the actual mail window on the right it will not move that individual mail up or down, it still only moves the main list of emails!

Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know a way of solving this?
