10.10 after time machine restore

Hi Guys.
I installed yosemite and restored my time machine backup. But i think i lost yosemite applications. I cant call phone numbers and cant sms with my ios7(iPhone 4 ). Is it normal or anormal?

Note: Facetime version 3.0 (2007)
Message app version 8.0 (4602)

Looks like the restore over-wrote the apps. It doesn't sound normal.

I couldn't SMS until I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 8.

This is most likely your issue.

C'mon! I can't update my phone to IOS8. I use iPhone 4 But when i tried to call someone i see phone call app like at keynote at the right up corner. But suddenly it's closing. I will try clean install. Cuz i cant see previews and pictures app.

You won't be able to make phones calls or send sms unless you have a phone running ios 8, a fresh install won't help.

They specifically said the new photos app won't be available till early next year.
