When I empty my trashcan in Yosemite (Beta2) it takes forever. So I investigated and found that every (to my calculations so far) file in the trashcan, causes corrupt blocks on my SSD. Every goddam time I delete a file and I happen to like deleting stuff.

It is non resolvable in Disk Utility, why I have to restart in recovery mode, unlock the drive and repair and it goes back to "Im alright" again.

Anyone else noticed this ?

Yes I have experienced this, I just did not make the connection.

My Retina MacBook filled up fairly quickly and I could not find the cause. Repairing the disk freed over 100GB and now I just checked my disk again and have several deleted files with wrong block count.

EDIT: I filed a bug report.

Should be solved in the 3rd update

I no longer see this phenomenon in the 3rd Beta. Please advice if anyone else has similar experiences.
