Can someone message me the links to download 10.11.1? I can't seem to find them anywhere, and restarting my Mac doesn't fix the problem.

If you want the full installer then the only legal way to get it is to use the App Store application.

Are you looking for the update from 10.11 to 10.11.1 or a full installer? If it's the full installer, that comes from the App Store, and in what way is it not working for you?
