10.11.1 - How to stop it from updating...

The new beta automatically shows up I'm my SW update.

I do not want it.

I do I stop Apple from giving me the BETA seeds automatically ?

Go to System Preferences > App Store

There should be an item stating something similar to 'Your computer is set to receive pre-release software update seeds' with a 'Change...' button next to it.

Click that to opt out of beta updates. It should stop prompting you for the 10.11.1 beta update.
