Have to force shut down mail, chrome and safari all the times now. When executing these most of the time they will not come up unit I do a restart. The backlit keyboard on MacBook pro does not work as well now.
When safari is up for over 30 min it freezes and have to force quit and reboot to get it to work again.

Is anyone else seeing these issues? I'm still on 10.12.1 and am not inclined to update unless this is stable.

This is the first time in quite a while that an update has given me any real trouble (graphic glitches, and weird dock behaviour). Really wish I had stayed on 10.12.3 (which was perfect for me).

Wish I could downgrade to 10.12.3, but I don't have a backup in that version

After I installed the new update, I'm getting an unstable and slow responding Internet connection on my MacBook. Anyone else have this issue? (Didn't Apple have EIGHT public betas for 10.12.4?)

yep, this is unacceptable

Anybody knows where can I download 10.12.3 ? From a trustworthy source.

To add to the issues: since upgrading my MBP (2015 w/ AMD graphics) will freeze coming out of sleep or is unable to detect its internal display when switching from clamshell mode to internal display mode. I had zero problems in 10.12.3. Darn...

Hmmmm.... What's the difference between the just the update, and the combo update? Which should I download if I want to revert back?

Looks like the update is only if you have 10.12.3 already.

The combo updates the system to 10.12.3 as I just used it to update from 10.12.1

Once I updated to 10.12.3 using the combo download, the 10.12.4 update reappeared in the App Store.

I'll ignore it for now

I wonder if the coders will actually fix these problems since the quality controls were crap before the release. Chrome browser not running but shows up to be forced shut down anyways. Connecting to WiFi printers take several minutes, used to be a few seconds. Mail has to be forced shut down when it freezes. Have to restart MacBook constantly to get Safari and Mail to work.

It seems to be any application that accesses the WiFi that freezes now (mail chrome safari etc..).
