iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
OK so this ALL started after 10.14.4. I reboot and have network access for 15-30 min and then wifi is connected but network won't route.
I suspected network issue. Duplicate IPs, IPV6 link state etc. I have confirmed no overlaps and also went with a new static IP that was never used out of the pool. Set back to DHCP and all works for 15-30 min. In fact....I was watching a youtube stream and it stopped mid stream without touching anything or any other apps active.
rebooted Apple Timecapsule - same behavior
cannot route out of mac to local network either.
Also what is weird. Safari works fine and when I start News app it immediately takes down the connection.
I rebooted and pulled up MAIL and CHROME instead of Safari and again News app kills connection.
Now without NEWS started....connection fails after period of time as well.
Reboots always fix it.
Same behavior on another wireless network. So I THINK its iMac wifi related but why after 10.14.4? Never had the issue before and NEWs does seem to be doing some funk.
2 other macs running 10.14.4 on network
Thoughts?
