10.2.1 is now appearing on Limewire and other such services, I can confirm that is stable and has definite speed increases. How long will apple wait to release software? Would they not want to release it so close to the release of Jaguar? Or would they like to give the customers the completed update as soon as it's finished and stable?
 
Probably another week or two would be in order. They may have unresolved issues they're investigating.

They don't really want to create fixes that hurt more than help. :)
 
yeah don't get the ones on limewire, cause most have the build number 6D42 , which is unfinished, the final one is 6D47, and its being seeded to developers tomorrow or the day after, but it should be out around MY paris
