apologies if this was discussed already elsewhere...

does anyone else notice how it takes a second or two longer to wake up from sleep since the 10.2.8 update?

my 12" PB shows a black screen for a sec. or two before the actual desktop shows up... this used to be instant before i had upgraded to 10.2.8...

if that's true, it really makes you wonder what the heck they do to their code to make this suddenly start happening.

on my tibook, i am glad to say that i don't experience any added latency on coming out of sleep. sorry man.

perhaps a second or two was a bit too much. it's about half a sec. but still noticeable. doesn't really bother me - esp. in light of added battery time - but it's something i noticed.

anyone else with similar experience?

I've had on kernel panic coming out of sleep but no noticeable difference in time.

Almost every other time I've gotten a kernal panic coming out of sleep on my G4. Downgraded to 10.2.6, hopefully they'll stop.
