I recently bought 64 MB of RAM for my sister's iMac 333 so she could come out of the dark ages of OS 9.
Problem is when I tried to install jaguar I had this kernel panic at startup
I formated the drive but it still wouldn't boot. I thought it was bad RAM, but then I installed 10.1 and all went well.
Problem is mlmac and safari only run in 10.2 (the main reasons for her upgrade), so 10.1 wont do it. I tried firmware update but it says "no update needed".
Does anyone have a clue on what's going on?
