10.2 update with TV app

Updated to 10.2 now and it installed this TV app which I will never use. So can I uninstall it without issues?

Can I delete this app please? I do not have a use for it at all.
I know you can delete it when it starts to jiggle around and has the X on it to uninstall it, but will this cause issues on my phone when the TV app is removed?

If you don't use it then it won't cause issues for you.
