10.3.3 - No third party multitasking

Hi,

I just downgraded my iPad Pro from iOS11 Public Beta to 10.3.3 doing a clean install. After installing all my apps I found out that none of my third party apps are able to do split view or slide over multitasking. Only default apps shows up in the app picker.

I've tried to turn multitasking on and off and restart the iPad.

Is this a known bug in 10.3.3 or could it be something else?

How did you get beta 5? I'm on iOS 10.3.3 Beta 4 and also have this bug.. and I can't seem to get the Beta 5 or Beta 6.
