I've been relistening an old podcast (started early 2016, now somewhere mid 2016).
But since 10.3 my iPhone doesn't allow me to stream these via LTE/4G anymore, only via WiFi, altough I never changed any settings I checked the settings anyway, and have not found any changes (Data is allowed, downloading not only via WiFi, etc)

Anyone else experiencing this or knows a way to fix it?

10.3.1 is out now, perhaps that might resolve it in some way?

Since 10.3, all podcasts I try to stream (I think over 4G only) are "temporarily unavailable".

Exactly the same issue for me. The app used to work without any problem on all dev betas of 10.3.
