Let's hope that this finally fixes all the AFP/OD problems that everyone has been experiencing. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Did it fix OD/AFP, or are you making a more general comment? This has been a giant PITA for our XServe (Jan 2008, so Leopard was the only option).seems to be working so far.

Also, anyone running BRU, SoftRAID, and/or DataBackup care to comment on if 10.5.3 did anything horrific?
Sorry, I meant the AFP bug seems to be fixed. I've tried it on a test server and it seems ok. I'll install it on a production server tonight.
Oh that's great news - we've got a NAS and it has been interesting to say the least coping with this problem. I was telling Yellow on the other thread that I don't have a lot of wiggle room for testbed equipment at our nonprofit, so I'm not pulling the trigger with 10.5.3 on our XServe until I hear some reports back on MR, from Apple and some of our software vendors that things are going OK.Sorry, I meant the AFP bug seems to be fixed. That's good news.
I have it running on two test servers; one being DNS and OD Master, other Replica, both hosting Mobile Home-directories via AFP.
Both seem to be working fine.
