10.5 charging problem

So I've had my LTE 256 iPad pro for two nights now... this thing wont charge correctly. I plug it in over night and the fist nighr I woke up with it as 37% and today I unplugged it and it was 67% using stock 12w charger.

Anyone else have this problem and come to a resolution?

Turn it off/on. Try charging again.

iOS 10 or 11 beta?

Have you tried swapping bricks or cables?

IOS 10. I have it plugged into my desktop right now. It seems to at least be charging now. Although incredibly slowly

I find that if I use the Native Union brand 10ft. cable, on occasion my iPads will display "Not Charging" when plugged in to even the 12W charger. It is more frequent if I plug the cable into a USB hub. Something to do with low amps I suppose.
