Tried mobile company I had purchased my daily driver superb 10.5 from 18 mths ago approx.
1st 3rd party re cycle wouldn't accept my 10.5 due to a 'manufacture defect' with screen damage near home button which I would'nt have noticed though they claim Apple retail would repair are free of charge.
I decided against this knowing I didn't purchase in store.
Tried to recycle via mobile company whom I had bought it from
They have today emailed claiming visible pixel damage and offered 1/3rd cash offer.
My question did Apple ever admit any 10.5 screen or pixel defects if so can my 10.5 be repaired 18 month old approx past 12month warranty.
If not I'll take the hit and make up 10.5 balance and incur full Cost of 11" Smart Keyboard
