Just upgraded to an Intel 320 SSD and am running 10.7 and Windows 7 x64 (via Bootcamp). My initial impression is that both operating systems run fast and efficiently with an SSD. Lion boots faster than Windows 7 for me, but following boot, it appears that Windows 7 seems much faster and zippier than Lion.
Does this have anything to do with the TRIM support in Windows 7? I do have the TRIM hack enabled in Lion and after installing it my xbench score went from 260 to 280.
