I recently formatted my Macbook and erased everything. I had a KP the other day caused by MAIL... before my Format and reinstall I was having crashes and KP's almost daily. Any help would be AWESOME!!!

The obvious question would be do you use Vmware Fusion?
That would seem to be the the kext that was unloaded.

Excellent idea.. I will uninstall VMWare and see if that helps.. I wonder if VMWare Fusion was causing my issue BEFORE I formatted :) Also, I ran a memtest and everything came back 100% pass. I'll update more after I remove VMware Fusion 5.0.1

Just one panic is nothing to worry about. If you need VMware Fusion just keep an eye on it.

I'm not sure. How often do you get them? Is your computer under warranty ? Obviously you should not be getting them that often. I would take it to an Apple store and get them to look at it.

It says a javascript thread crashed it, so I'm not really sure other than that.
I would take it in to get looked at by Apple, since a clean install should not be doing this often unless there was a hardware problem, I would think.
