But now it does, right? It doesn't help that people explained version numbers differ from mathematic ones... It just irks me ;P

Does it also bother you that there are 3 letters between O and S and that they didn't just make it OP X?

No.. To state the obvious.. OS means operating system.. OP X means absolutely nothing, therefore that doesn't bug me at all. OP X would bug me.

Many people put "." in there telephone numbers instead of [spaces] or [dashes].

does 704.568.3399 look like a mathmatical entry? Of course not..

It's OS Ten - v. 11, what bothers me are bugs, not version numbers.

Sheldon, don't let your OCD get you down. ;)

My bad. I just think it's pretty obvious what 10.11 means for software versions.

I know. And that's why I call it OS X "insert name". I never call it 10.9/10.10/10.11. But it does irk me thinking about how 10.11 comes after 10.9. Lol I'm just being difficult.
