10 copies of the same movie on ATV

After ripping (with Handbrake) 3 different movies then importing them into iTunes, and Streaming with ATV 40 gig, it shows up that I have 10 copies of one of them, and 3 copies of the other two, on my ATV. When I check through iTunes only shows 1 copy

I thought it had something to do with the DTS settings I encoded 2 of them with, but the last one is not in DTS so I am lost as to why, anyone else experiencing this?
Any advice on what to do.

The settings I used on HB, are the AppleTV and choosing DTS if available
This is also happening randomly I encoded another movie and its fine only one copy shows up, again no DTS.

I and others here have similar issues. It appears to be a sync bug somewhere between iTunes and the Apple TV software.

I'd imagine we'll see a fix for this in the next update, whenever that might be.
