10 user limit on afp?

I just discovered there's limit of 10 users when sharing a folder with afp. Is there an easy way to extend this limit? Do OSX server versions have a higher limit?

You also get more granular control of permissions, and a bunch of other features, but you don't have to use them. Pretty good deal for $20 now, even if only for file sharing.
