This is the best I've seen -- I usually bite at 20% off. I purchased 2 more to add to my iTunes account. I've purchased a few times from PayPal Digital Gifts, FWIW.

I've gotten some at 30-35% off few years back, but recently it's been difficult to find anything more than 25% off.

Remember you can use iTunes card to pay for Hulu, HBONow, Showtime, & Netflix subscriptions as well as the usual iTunes stuff.
