100$ Refund to iPhone users

My sister heard on Fox 5 news that Mac is going to refund iPhone users who had the phone for less than 14 days with the 200$ difference. However, iPhone users who had the phone for longer than 14 days will get a 100$ refund. I also called the Apple store and they confirmed this, they said stayed tuned to the news on apple.com, and they will detail it there. He said we dont need to come to the store for the refund.
