Hi guys, I'm planning to purchase a new notebook through the educational store in the US and just wondering if the $100 US Mac appstore gift card can be used my country's Mac Appstore - New Zealand?

Here in the UK you get £65 voucher.

I got my new 11' air from the Trafford Centre Apple store last night and got the £65 voucher. I am a teacher in a school. I thought the £65 was just for University students, not all education purchases. Wasn't complaining. Happy Days.

Gift cards like iTunes cards are tied to the countries stores they originated. So I would assume you would be only be able to use it on USA iTunes and app stores. Not a hassle, you cam create an US account and use the gift card to set it up / fund it.
