10Gbps USB-C cable with 180 deg cable end?

CharJenPro offers a 5Gbps one for their iPad stand. Any from a reputable brand (i.e. other than the 1M ChiCom mushroom brands in Amazon) that runs at 10Gbps?

You could use a 180 adapter with a USB-C cable -

I use 90-degree adapters like this with my USB-C cables.

Of course but I was looking for any one-piece solutions. Also, not all adapters are made equal.
