Is there anyway around this, it seems anytime I try to download a game, or application that is over 10MB it tells me that I can not and I have to do this using WiFi or from iTunes on my Macbook. I assume this is a limit set by AT&T but sometimes I need to get around this, so is it possible?

When you launch AppStore, for example, the application invisibly asks the phone whether you are on WiFi. If the answer is yes you don't have a limit. Unrestrictor works by returning a yes answer to that question.
