When I am sending a message to one of my contacts and I browse to view previously sent images or files that we've exchanged, iMessage locks up. I'm on 11.1. The work around is to close out of iMessage and go back in. Once I do this, I'm able to browse to the image and send to the contact as I have experienced in previous versions of iOS.

Anyone else experience this?

I experienced it once on the iPhone X with 11.1 installed. Thought it was a fluke because I haven't been able to replicate it again.

Thanks for the comment. I've run across this probably a handful of times thus far. So with your X and my 8+ this is clearly not because of lacking hardware.

It’s full of bugs. My iPad Pro doesn’t shut the screen off automatically after I’m done using it. I have to manually hit the power sleep button or it will stay on and drain the battery down. My iPhone 6s lags a lot doing things too.

Thanks for the comments. I've experienced the same with my iPhone. I've left my iPad on 10.3.3 until 11 is more usable and some of the apps I have installed get updates.
