Yesterday morning my 10 updated to 11.2.5, and since then I can't log into iCloud.
Chatted with apple for over an hour and still can't.
Any run into this issue?
 
There have been some issues today with iCloud - including with signin. I believe the issues are resolve now, at least according to the status page. Any better?

I've tried the last two days, and can't get signed in. Did a lot of reseting with Apple support. Eveything but a full clean, which I might have to do. I can sign in to iCloud everywhere else.

Same here, it started before the update, same after update and I even changed the password, still can't login.

As CopyChief said multiple iCloud problems were noted on the system status page today. I can’t ever remember seeing that many services flagged at one time. And we all connect to different servers even within the same household so as issues are cleared up for some they may remain for others.

I would give it another day to see how it goes before doing anything drastic like signing out or erasing and restoring.
