11.2 fix for spring board crash. Will update get corrupted?

i was affected by the repeated crash bug of 11.1.2.

While downloading the update right up to the item before the installing in 10 9 8 7 6 countdown window, my iOS was crashing like a party. Throwing me back to spring board ..

Will this corrupt the update ? Does iOS check that the file is ok before it updates? Hoping to get info from any tech pple.. appreciate

No it won't. The update file is fine.

You should be fine. Usually if the download is corrupt, it will fail verification and not install.

All is well. I should have waited b4 I did a reset of my phone hours before .. tried googling for info but no mention of it ...

Am kinda losing my patience towards apple. Text replacement. . Crashes . . Lag . . No longer like what it used to be.
