11.4 charging percentages stuck

Mine 8 Plus is stuck at 85% Did a hard reset, stuck at 89% Did another hard reset, now stuck at 91%. iPhone is little warm though, but not in a hot environment. I pulled it off the charger for now.

Does anyone know what’s the problem.
