iPad Pro 11” iPad Pro removed from charger at 94% Turn off and Turn on Says 100%

So my iPad Pro 11” is running great, today I stopped charging at 94% unplugged turn it off and went to supermarket. Came back 2 hours or so later. Turned it back on and it now says 100%. What gives ? Also for context I am using the stock 12watt Charger it came with.

can Anyone help with some lithium ion battery wisdom ?

Likely just the software reporting the charge incorrectly. It was either already at 100 when you took it off the charger or it wasn’t there after. Either way, nothing to worry about.
