11" model, no backlit keyboard, no SD card slot

Is it me or the 11" model is not that great. By the time you add the another 2GB RAM you are at $1099 and you don't get SD card slot or backlit keyboard and it only gets 5hr. battery life. Apple should have dropped the 13" and give us a maxed out 11" Air.

I got the 11.5 for just these reasons. Never have used the backlit keyboard on any of my macbook pros and don't even think I own any memory cards anymore.

Waste of space, waste of money. 11.5 is the perfect fit for the rest of the line.

I didn't think the 13" had a backlit keyboard either. I don't see it on the specs page.

No Camera with SD card? I like the SD feature because I use it with my camera many times a week...

I'm practicing up. I've turned off the backlighting on my MBP so I can get used to it should I decide to buy. The screen is lighting up the keyboard enough for now (kind of miss it but can live with it).
