11" ultimate in France/Italy apple store

Need help macrumors'ers who live in France and Italy

I'm planning to travel to France & Italy soon, what are the chances that the apple store in France & Italy has 11" air ultimate, or even 11" with 4G RAM, in stock at the stores?

Apple Store in Paris at the Opera (Opera house) usually has them Ultimates in stock, i even see regularly base models with 4go ram as well.
Avoid weekends if you can or come early
