I was originally going for a 13" Air because Im a multi window user and not used to small screens. But after trying out an 11" today using fullscreen mode I'm surprised how much more adequate the screen was simply by pushing away those extra pixels that the OS takes up. I wouldnt say the 11" screen feels "huge" but it definitely feels more usable and now I'm leaning back to going 11".

How about anyone else? Are you planning on using fullscreen mode more often and is it influencing your choice of screen size?

That and the revised mail layout all help the little screen cope. I had an 11" and it was the best thing for mail and web surfing and it just got better with Lion.

Tempted to buy an new one.

I can't wait to try it out on the 13" actually. Even the 13 feels small at times. Especially right after using my 27" iMac.

Well if it makes the 11" screen look bigger than it really is... wouldn't that also make the 13" screen look bigger than it really is? I'll choose the one with the greatest amount of screen real estate.

Going for 11 this time. I already have a sufficient number of larger Mac laptops and desktops to satisfy the screen real estate urge when the requirement warrants it.

i have been using an 11'6 inch gateway lt3103u for the past year and had no problems with screen size so far considering that i switched from a humongous dell e1705 with 17'' and 1920x1200 screen.

i love how light the netbook is and portable it is.it sits on my belly all night and close enough so the screen size doesnt matter to me.

i think i am gonna get the mba 11 with i5/4gb/128 ssd . it will even be lighter than my current netbook , will be way faster and will be so easy to type with backlit keyboard.

really excited about it.it'll be my first mac too :)
