Since updating to 12.2 I have continual networking drops and issues with Safari/Chrome loading pages. Has anyone else seen similar issue and if so, is there a fix?

I only noticed that my M1 iMac dropped its TX-Rate to 866MBit/s down from a solid 1.300MBit/s.
I tried booting in safe mode, restarting the Mac and booting into recovery mode - nothing helped to rise the rate again.

any ideas anyone?

I read this and checked because my system does seem a bit slower to react and I noticed that I did make it to full speed, however it took substantially longer to ramp up. I am on a gigabit connection, so approximately 940mpbs for me.
