iPhone SE (2016) 12.4.1 trust

Hi! After upgrading iPhone SE to 12.4.1 via iTunes, each connection to computer leads to "Trust this device" question on iPhone. Does anybody has the same issue with this update?

Mine only asked the one time, doesn’t ask again.

After resetting location and privacy (from Reset menu) it continues shows this message. This release is buggy .

It seems, it was not related to the update, but to "Personal Hotspot" option turned on. It just was enabled at the same day when I updated the OS so it confused me.
