I kept getting a message "Available updates have changed" when trying to update to 12.6.7, and the Monterey update disappeared and returned in the list of available updates several times. Anyone else have this problem?

Eventually it decided to stay in the list of updates and I managed to install. The download size was 2.94 GB which seems absolutely massive for a minor version / service update which had only one single bulletpoint worth mentioning (kernel security issue).

The Safari update was actually there all along, it just didn't "misbehave" by disappearing and reappearing so I didn't think of mentioning it. Was your 12.6.7 download also ~3 GB in size?

I had problems updating my iPad mini yesterday. I wound up fixing it by rebooting the device. I updated 3 Macs and I just recall that the update took a long time to download and a long time to install.

I didn’t pay too much attention yesterday on Intel, but today I’ve updated a MBA M1 from 12.6.6 to 12.6.7 and it appeared with 2.94 GB and during download it said 4.05 GB. I’ve updated Safari before starting the 12.6.7 download.

I did not check as I was updating 3 Macs and 3 mobile devices at the same time. I just recall that it took a really long time to download the update for Montery and the iPad mini update kept giving me a funny error message.

on MBA M1: i saw both the monterey and safari updates as available yesterday but i didn't update. today, right now, i only see safari, the monterey is no longer available. update 1: actually monterey shows up again now! update 2: monterey disappeared again!

on Mac mini (2014): i see both monterey and safari updates are available right now.
