was thinking about trying out a 12.9 new iPad Pro. I’d like to purchase it all together but it seems as if I cannot get a 12.9 keyboard until around the end of Jan. Are these things selling that good or do you think Apple is restricting production?

No one really knows except people inside Apple. I can assure you they are not purposefully restricting stock. That would be ridiculous. It’s not like a must have item that they want to make a limited supply of. They probably just don’t have a large enough assembly chain for it.

Happened to my buddy as well. He got his iPad on the 18th of December. He’s still waiting for his keyboard. He got his pencil yesterday

In terms of restricting stock I’m thinking more of a limited stock as fears of slow sales

I had to wait a good 2-3 weeks for mine. Love mine it’s certainly needed as the size of the device is too big for most use cases without a keyboard or smart cover
