12 Pro Max display issue

I just got my 12 pro max yesterday
I have an issue with the display
When the brightness is lower than 30%
there is grey uniformity problem
the bottom half is reddish and it goes greenish as you go up
I think it is different from tinting and flickering issues that I saw
I reached out to apple support and scheduled a phone for tomorrow
I had the 11 pro max and it had no such issues what so ever
I am asking wether this can be fixed witha software update like the other issues ?!

I'm going to say it's the same issue effecting a lot of the 12/12 Pro's and you'll have to wait for a software fix from Apple..

I hope it can be fixed with software cause from some research I found it should be a hardware problem

Well you can always request a replacement under warranty...
