Hi guys just wanted to ask a question i got this 12 pro max on 20th may and i used this transparent case and when i took it of its like this i tried to clean it rubbed with alcohol as well but it doesn’t go away! i’m really worried please can anyone guide me please

Get rid of that case, looks like dust and dirt is getting inside the case and scratching the stainless steel.

Seen a thread in the past where some people on here have polished the frame with a certain chemical that made the frame look brand new again.

Thanks bro! but i also wanted to ask! will polish remove these types of stains or scratch because if its just dirt when i rub my finger on it i can feel it but i have rubbed alcohol swab but there wasn’t even a 1 percent difference so will polish make these go away? i’m really tensed because just got this phone, less than a month

Honestly not sure, I’m sure someone with more experience in this department will help you out soon.

Tip, not sure if you take your phone out of your case occasionally to clean the sides and the inside of the case, I’d be doing that at least once every week or 2 weeks, get yourself a case that has microfiber inside the case.

i had those on my 12 PM when i was using it naked. for tougher dirt i used a blade.make sure the blade is laid flat on the sides to avoid scratching the bezel.

I would definitely try the Cape Cod cloths. I've been using that on my silver stainless steel Apple Watch 4 and it does a darn good job.

I have this on my Amazon wishlist for my 12PM PacBlue. I do wonder how good they stick, protect. Some may find this 'overkill' when protecting the finish on the 12 Pros, but...hey, these phones aren't cheap and many like to keep these looking in mint condition.
