Not sure if this is related to all the threads on Bluetooth issues with IOS syncing to cars, but my Iphone 11 Pro Bluetooth will not stay synced to AirPods or any external device for more than a few minutes and just turns on/off constantly. Worked fine on 13.1. I’ve restored, reset, to no avail.
I’ll probably warranty the device and see if that helps but pretty sure 13.2 has some major Bluetooth issues.

When I play music it skips in the beginning for like 15 seconds then the connection is fine. It was working perfect before the update. Definitely software related.

I've started experiencing audio drop-outs while listening through AirPods. It'll play for 3-5 seconds, then drop. Hit the play button, audio plays again for 3-5 seconds, then drops again. I'm streaming from either the YouTube Music or Sirius/XM app when this occurs, and I'm running on an iPhone XS with iOS 13.2.

I’m not experiencing this on my 11 Pro with 13.2. I did experience similar issues on 13.1.2. But 13.1.3 resolved it. Have you rebooted your device after 13.2 installed? I’ve now made it a habit to restart my devices an hour after iOS updates. It seems iOS works better after being rebooted when an iOS update hits.

I had connectivity issues with XS Max (way worse, I posted on this forum before: AirPods drop with the iPhone in pocket; apple watch can't stay connected outside 3 metres; wifi only works in the same room as the router)...apple said it might be a hardware issue. So I got the new 11 pro max. It's working properly so far...

My wife and I are also experiencing this issue with the iPhone 11. I hoped it was an iOS issue and would be patched. Please let me know if it is hardware, and we need to have our phones replaced.

I just updated to 13.2.2 on my XR and did a forced restart (volume up, volume down and hold power button). This appears to have fixed my problem, so far. My connection used to drop off in a matter of minutes, but now is stable.

Does anyone at Cupertino actually use these devices on these “stable” builds?
You're not suggesting that they have real-world, policy driven quality assurance checks when releasing hardware/software; are you? That's madness and they don't have enough in resources with the plethora of hardware platforms they have in comparison to what other OS support.

If only they could somehow squeeze some money out of the, admittedly tiny, profits they make to hire even one person on a part-time basis, to try out the new releases before they go to the public.

Ah, wishful thinking.
