Hi,
I attempted to upgrade my iPad Pro (2015) 12.9 about a week ago and it crashed the iPad. it will not even boot up any more. Just comes to the screen with the icons to connect this device to a computer.
I connected it to my MacBook Air and tried the upgrade and restore options at least 5 times each using iTunes on the MacBook Air, but each time it failed after the download.
Any suggestions? I was at the Apple Store to pick up a new iPhone, I didn’t take the iPad along, but asked them questions, and will be making an appointment to go back there if I can’t get it working.

Your iPad is on restore mode... try to restore using another computer/laptop and avoid usb 3.0 ports for it.

I only have the one laptop. I might just go to the Apple Store...they are closer then my relatives. Thank you for the advice! I have a hub and will try some workarounds with the ports on that now that you gave me that advice.
