iPhone 13.4.1 Bug?

Am using a iPhone 8 Plus with 13.4.1, is it real that there is a overheating issue with this update?

I have an iPhone 7 plus and it only overheats whenever I charge it or I am playing games. It seems natural to me. Watching this thread if it's the same for others.

I guess he means that the back of the phone is too "hot" to be normal.
