So I upgraded to the 13 pro max as soon as I got iT. I had problems texting and typing emails where the keyboard would just randomly capitalize letters and also randomly change the top row to numbers making Typing anyThing a hugE pain in the but. I called and did everything they suggested and nothing helped. We decided since it was only 48 hrs old I would just return it and they would send me a new one. I’ve waited 6 weeks for it. It arrived today and this one is doing the exact same thing as you can see in this posting as well. I have upgraded to the latest iOS version and combed Thru various forUms. Is This just happening To me or is anyone else having this issue? Any sugGestions? All is appreciated

Weird. Never heard of this before. My 13 Pro Max keyboard behaves just like every other iPhone I've had. Since this is so bizarre, I think you ought to take a screen-recording of you typing something so we can see what's happening. You might also want to go to Settings > Keyboard and turn off all the universal keyboard settings (auto-capitalization, auto-correction, etc.) to see if that fixes things. If it does, then you can turn them on again one by one to see which one was the issue. However, I have every one of those ON on my iPhone except "Predictive", and it types just fine.

Thank you so much. I will try to record The screen and see if it can capture this annoying thing as I have an appoint at an apple care provider on Friday. And I will Try the setting suggestions you gave. Thanks again. I’ll let give an update laters

Well I tried turning off all universal keyboard settings and that actuallY seemed To help. Thank you. I’ve gradually turned one on at a time and things still seem to be working the way they should. So I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Maybe I just needed to Toggle them off and back on to reset them or something idk but I’ll Take it. Thanks again. If it happens some more I’ll Try the screen recorder and post that up then.
