Updated iphone 12 to 14.4.1 today. Noticed the volume on my airpod pros was very low and, while they were both working, i was not able to change modes. Then ear fit test told me they both weren't in my ears (they were). So i did forget device to re-pair and in the connecting phase I'm getting a giant red exclamation mark. They connect fine to my work iphone (ios not updated). Anyone else having these issues?

But seriously, make sure you open the case and hold the pairing button for at least 15 seconds to reset them before you try and pair them again.
