Has anyone noticed what seems to be more aggressive memory management on 14.7? I'm seeing frequent app reloads on apps which I use frequently (e.g. whatsapp, safari, Tapatalk) which I did not have before.

I've noticed this too. Like I'll be on Facebook, then I'll jump into another app, then back to Facebook and it reloads.

Safari on IPad Pro 2021 (8GB ram) is now constantly reloading Safari tabs. Reboot doesn’t help. On 14.6 everything simply stayed in memory at least during light use.

its unbelievable how iOS/iPadOS manage ram poorly even my 2015 iMac with only 8GB of ram never reload any Safari tabs or programs unless I really push the computer hard but on iOS and iPadOS its always totally random. Sometimes you did almost nothing and it reloads, while other time you think it will certainly reloads but surprisingly, it won't.

When I look how much RAM is used only with one app… 200 MB free of 4 GB. iPhones getting warm and battery is draining. I don’t know what Apple has done here again.
