14 Pro Max with iOS 18 question

Researched as best as I could via here and reddit... I was wondering how performance and battery are working for everyone with the 14 pro / 14 pro max after a month of usage?

I am still on iOS 17 and was wondering if I should wait a bit more to update.

Performance is okay. Battery life is crap. I’ve definitely lost a few hours of daily usage.
